Honey Butter Skillet Corn


Definitely a hit. This delicious side dish has the perfect mix of salty and sweet, plus it's a great weeknight side dish, give it a try and enjoy it 


– Butter: 2 tspns

– Lemon juice: 1 small spoon

– Canned sweet corn: 3 cups (you can use boiiled corn cones too)

– Salt: 1 tspn

– Pepper powder: 1 tspn

– Honey: 1 tspn



1. First of all, the boiled corn kernels should be removed from the corn cob or ready-made sweet corn cans. Then needs to be placed in a bowl.

2. Immediately wash the sweet corn kernels well with water.

3. Once done, put honey and butter in a deep-bottomed skillet over a fire until it gets hot.

4. Add the sweet corn kernels to the butter skillet at this stage.

5. You’ll want to add salt and pepper to the butter and corn mixture. Over medium heat, stir well for 2 minutes.

6. You can then add a little water to the pan and reduce the heat on the fire.

7. And please cover the pan with a suitable lid. Then cook until the corn is soft and dry, about 3 mins.

8. Make sure to add the remaining salt and lemon juice to the butter and corn and mix well.

9. To finish, put the sweet corn kernels in a dish suitable for serving.
