• 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce


In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium high heat. Apply the carrot mix, onion and garlic to the peas. Fry until tender and stir. Reduce the heat to low and push the mixture to one side of the skillet, then spill your eggs over the other side and stir fry until scrambled. Now, add the soy and rice sauce and mix well together. Stir fry until heated thoroughly. Try to add a little green onion.
