Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

this is the best crispy crunchy parmesan potatoes i ever made it's very easy and sample to make enjoy it and don't forget to share with friends 


1 ½ - 2 lbs. Small red potatoes, halved

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste.

Here's how to make parmesan crispy potatoes:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. grease the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil.

Step 3. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Spread the parmesan mixture in an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 5. Press the potatoes, cut side down, into the Parmesan mixture.

Step 6. bake the potatoes for 40 minutes, until tender.

Step 7. Remove the potatoes from the pan and cut the Parmesan crust between the potatoes.

Step 8. Serve the potatoes with sour cream for dipping, if desired.
